I am glad to have this filler. At my school we are trying to go paperless. It is expensive. Sometimes hard to maneuver and cumbersome to use. Once I get the hang of it and use it more often I am sure I will become more adept at using the filler.

I had a very important document to sign and send at midnight one night and PDFfiller was recommended as a possible avenue. It was so easy to set up and even easier to use. I've used it a number of times since.

Has many great tools, but a little difficult to navigate, not clear instructions. I am sure I am not utilizing half of the features, it is trial and effort, not all successes, but slowly figuring things out.

The program is very quick and easy to use. Uploads your documents very fast. You can type or alternate any pdf or word file. It saves it in no time. You can go back and look at any file you have uploaded. Everything is saved. I also love the fact I can use it on my phone as well through the app. It is extremely convenient. I can fill out new vendors forms very quick which saves me time.

I haven't come up with any problems for as long as I have used it...over 2 years now.

It saves me a lot of time. It is a very convenient and fast way to fill out forms or alternate them. Adding a signature on any form is so easy to do through pdffiller. I don't have to print the form, chase my husband to sign, scan it and then email it. Imagine just uploading your form, adding the signature which is already saved and you're DONE :D

Stupid-Easy to use
Very easy to get used to.
This should be called PDF-Text for Dummies.
I literally had this program up and running in less than 5 minutes of downloading and installing it.
Wish it was a little cheaper.
If you are not using it often it hard to justify the monthly cost.
It may be better to go with the annual subscription instead of the monthly in some cases.

What do you like best?
The best thing is simply how it works. So many forms that need to be filled out and they are sent in formats that don't allow that. pdfFiller fixes that problem.
What do you dislike?
I haven't really found anything that I dislike. It's a great software.

I do private consulting for government contractors and we have to finalize a LOT of Non-Disclosure Agreements. pdfFiller makes that a snap. Also we have many forms that have to be executed and it would be so difficult without this program.

I had an issue with the automatic renewal of my subscription smack in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. I have already been in quarantine for the past 4 weeks and cannot use the services of PDFfiller.
I got in touch with the company and I immediately received a response from Anna who refunded the draft and cancelled my subscription.

What can make a lease invalid?
The Statute of Frauds in California requires that a lease for more than a year must be in writing. Consequently, an oral agreement for a rental period of a year or less is still valid where the parties intended to create such a lease. The failure to contain other elements does not cause the lease to be invalid.
What can void a lease agreement?
A lease is automatically void when it is against the law, such as a lease for an illegal purpose. In other circumstances, like fraud or duress, a lease can be declared void at the request of one party but not the other.
What makes a tenancy agreement void?
The Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations make any clause which is 'unfair' null and void in a court of law. So if a term or condition of the tenancy agreement is giving either party less than their statutory rights, then it can't be enforced, and it won't hold up in a court of law.
How do you void a lease?
Step 1 Make Sure You Have a Legal Basis. Step 2 Write a Notice of Cancellation. Step 3 Keep Good Records. Step 4 Reach an Agreement with Your Landlord.
What happens when your lease is terminated?
A termination is the landlord ending the rental agreement and asking the tenant to vacate the rental unit. A tenant can have their tenancy terminated and move out without being evicted. An eviction is the actual court process and lawsuit to have a tenant removed from the property if they fail to leave.
How can I get out of a rental agreement?
Break clause. You may be able to end your tenancy early if the contract includes a break clause. Negotiate out of your tenancy agreement. Talk to the landlord about why you want to leave the property. Unwinding a tenancy agreement. Landlord is in breach of contract.
Is a lease valid if the dates are wrong?
If you and the landlord verbally agreed to a date, but the date on the lease is wrong, and you signed the lease, you are bound by the date signed. In this case if the date on the lease is wrong it has no actual effect since it's not material. If dates are specific then it still depends.
Is a contract void if the date is wrong?
A mere error in date that has no effect on the performance of the contract doesn't make it invalid.
