I wanted to create 2 additional 1099s but was unable to find that option so closed and requested it be sent to IRS. Now I know I should have selected "template" but have not been able to get that to work. Made another, and no option to send to IRS

When filling out 1099-misc form, it would be beneficial for the information on the first page be copied throughout the other copies, as they are the same.

I like that you can save the template for a certificate of insurance or an application and send it out that way. It still saves it as new but also creates the new Document.

The same feature that I love so much, isn’t quite as easy to navigate on the App. It’s super easy on the full online version though.

I love that I can alter a pdf with just about anything. I can also send forms to my clients to e-sign through a secure site. Often I use it to sign documents that are sent to me as well.
What do you dislike?
The only drawback that I have is if I upload a document and want to use it for different customers, it doesn't save each one individually.

Great customer support
I think it is great but I decided I didn’t need it and wanted to cancel my free trial so I contacted the company and Ma was the representative who helped me. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful and my request was granted speedily. The customer support is absolutely wonderful.

Top notch tool for all your document editing needs pdf, word and much more
It has been great using PDF filller, its awesome to be able to edit and sign documents from my personal computer and use them for school and work. Everything is pretty seamless and self explanatory, and I have yet to experience any real issues.

What do you like best?
I can upload any document. I can fill out forms sent to me by others and resend them on the quickness.

How do you draw plans for a permit?
Mark a logical beginning point -- such as the northwest corner of the land parcel or of the structure itself -- in the upper left corner of a piece of graph paper. Practice moving the scale on the paper as you begin to create your plan.
Can I draw my own blueprints?
The home design programs are great for allowing you to draw floor plans in 2D then visualize them in 3D. You can easily move walls as you refine your design. Whether you are using home design software or drawing your blueprints by hand, the first drawings to start with are your floor plans.
Can I do my own drawings for planning permission?
Producing drawings for Planning Permission. With modern CAD packages available for home computers, it is not very difficult to produce your own drawings for a Planning Application providing care is taken to produce the required scale drawings for a simple extension.
How do I find my homes blueprints?
From the County Clerk Visit the county clerk's office in the county where your home resides. This may be called the county recorder or land registrar in some municipalities. Once there, request copies of the blueprints on file for the property.
What is permit drawing?
A set of permit drawings are just the basic drawings that comply with a building department's checklist to verify the building is allowed to be built on the property, and it also shows it will meet the most minimum standards of safety and energy efficiency.
Do I need a permit to build an addition?
In addition to the traditional building permit, which gives you and/or the contractor the permission to build or add on to the home, each specialty trade, such as HVAC, electrical or plumbing, has its own permit. Before building a home addition, brush up on the required permits.
What happens if you build an addition without a permit?
If there is no permit related to an addition, they will put two and two together. Because the addition was never recorded with the assessor's office, the seller may be fined for undocumented permit fees, back property taxes and additional fines.
