This is fabulous! I was using Nuance PDF Converter, which has worked fine for many years, but it couldn't handle a couple of the 2013 IRS forms...So I did them here. And it worked!

Using iPhone to complete apps and send out for signature.. Had some glitches.. Wasn't able to select or choose (full access or sign only option for recipients. The screen shut down too quickly each time and 'disappeared before I could actually select.

My first day! As far away from tech savvy as you can get! With help on "Team Viewer" I learned how to solve all the problems I had getting started. I will certainly use tech support again but off to a fun start.

Makes creating and filling out forms a breeze!
Overall, if you need to have PDF forms in your life, you couldn't ask for a better solution than this. I'm just waiting for the day when it the basic version isn't free anymore--let's hope it never comes!
We live in the twenty-first century. So few things rankle me more than seeing someone's sent me a Word document and pretended it's a form. The same is true for people who send me PDFs and expect me to print and fill them out by hand. PDFfiller is the solution to all these problems and more. It makes the sending and receiving of forms so easy that even a kid could do it.
I really have no complaints about PDFfiller. It does what it needs to do quickly and easily, and it didn't take me long to learn how to use it. Even things that once seemed formidable to me (for instance, the dreaded splitting and combining of PDFs) is easy with PDFfiller.

It was actually nice, easy and convenient to use. It is just that I find it expensive so I revert back to my old ways means manually filing or writing in forms. :)

Was able to use site, but site is not mobile-friendly
I tried using this site on my mobile phone and would recommend only using a PC; the site is not mobile friendly. Otherwise after some effort I was able to upload, electronically sign, and send a PDF document.

I love this program easy to use platform. As a student this has been my all in one solution. This is a one stop shop program. Seems like every need as far as documents legal forms can be found here. For myself I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to find a platform that handles all your needs. That really is to say the least I have yet to unlock all the features PDF has to offer. What is a 10-year draw period?
A draw period is the amount of time you can withdraw funds from a credit account through a home equity line of credit. For instance, a 10-year draw period allows you to withdraw money for a period of 10 years. After the draw period ends, you are responsible for repaying the loan.
How does a 10 year Helot work?
A HELOT normally has a 25-year term, with a draw period and a repayment period. The draw is typically the first 5 to 10 years, followed by the repayment period of 10 to 20 years. After the draw period, the borrower must pay off the principal of the HELOT, along with the interest.
How do payments on a Helot work?
In its simplest form, a HELOT works somewhat like a credit card. You can borrow money up to a certain credit limit set by the lender and then pay back the borrowed amounts along with interest. This option can offer more flexibility you can even withdraw and make payments on a daily or weekly basis, if necessary.
What happens when a home equity line of credit matures?
Helots have a 10-year maturity date. Once your HELOT matures, the draw period of the loan expires and the entire balance at that point converts to a 10-year installment loan at prevailing home equity loan rates which are higher than first mortgage rates.
Is a home equity line of credit a good idea?
You can utilize cash up to the upper limit, which is the total of your equity. Sometimes, a home equity line of credit is a better choice because you only pay interest on the specific amount that you've borrowed instead of paying interest on the total sum of your equity, as is usually the case with a home equity loan.
Can you pay off Helot during draw period?
HELOT repayment Typically, you're only required to make interest payments during the draw period, which tends to be 10 to 15 years. You can also make payments back toward the principal during the draw period. When you pay off part of the principal, those funds go back to your line amount.
Can you pay off Helot early?
The HELOT offers you access to a specified amount of money, but you do not have to use any of it. At any time, you can pay off any remaining balance owed against your HELOT. If you pay off your HELOT balance early, your lender may offer you the choice to close the line of credit or keep it open for future borrowing.
What is the draw period on a home equity line of credit?
During the draw period (or borrowing period), you can access funds through the line of credit to pay for expenses. Terms can vary, but typically the draw period will be up to 10 years 1, after which you'll reach end of draw and no longer be able to borrow against your HELOT.
