clients have a hard time opening documents to sign. they get an error message or just can't open to sign. Sometimes it takes hours for them to receive a document. Clients also have a hard time printing out a form they signed

Do one of the following: Control-click the object and select Edit Alt Text.... The Alt Text pane opens. Select an object. In the ribbon, select the object's Format tab, and then select Alt Text.
How do I add alt text to a PDF in Preview?
Solution 2 Click on “Reading Order” within the “Accessibility” tools. A new window “Reading Order” opens and the contents are displayed in different grey areas. Right-click on the grey area in which your image is located. Select “Edit Alternate Text” and write your alt text into the newly opened “Alternate Text” window.
