I live in Philadelphia SEPTA is not running because of contract issues but my military ask that I complete a form and send it to them within five days or I would be subject to pay large amount. It's pretty good, but some repeat items don't load, and a couple times it would not let me add a 3rd line in a box. It would be nice if columns of numbers could add up.

I love it and have recommended it to friends and collegues.
Love the ability to change forms around and manipulate the forms to move entire sections around and still keep things neat and professional looking.
The dashboard is messy and not as well organized as it could be.

Can be a simple way to fill out documents.
I can fill out a document pretty fast. Its functions are easy to understand. Overall it is easy and anyone can use it even if they are not tech savvy.
I don't like how I can't control the fonts and the font size. It automatically selects the font size and sometimes it can not be changed.

The reason it is a four instead of a five...
The reason it is a four instead of a five is I feel like there is a strong learning curve... at least for me.
So I am still learning.

The format is easy to understand and quite intuitive. Very quick loading times. My only problem is that text boxes do not align correctly to the pdf that I am editing - they are too high.
