You will need to provide your Carnival booking number (or cabin level booking number for Group guests-IBR), guest last name, date of birth, ship name and sail date. Log in with your email address or username and password.
All guests are required to provide us with check-in information by completing their Online Check-in and selecting their Arrival Appointment no later than midnight (eastern time) prior to their sailing date. If you encounter problems using Online Check-in, please contact Carnival.
U.S. Citizens may sail using their: Official Birth Certificate and a supporting Government Issued Photo ID, like a driver's license or an identity card.
Guests must select their Arrival Appointment no later than midnight (eastern time) prior to their sailing date, when completing their Online Check-in. Carnival will assign an Arrival Appointment to guests who fail to select an arrival time. This information will be emailed to the guest on the morning of departure.
You can change your boarding time anytime day or night by logging in Carnival's online portal. Keep in mind that the closer you get to your cruise date, If you don't have access to a computer, you can also call Carnival at 1-800-764-7419 to set up your boarding time.
Carnival operates on a cashless credit program on board which allows you to charge all your services, gratuities and purchases during your cruise to your stateroom. All locations on board will accept your Sail & Sign card (onboard expense account) for payment; the casino will also accept cash.

The rule of thumb for all cruise lines is that one person must remain in a booking at all times. That is to say you can't call one day and change one name and call back tomorrow to change the other. That would be considered a cancellation. Carnival charges $50 to change a name after final payment.
A: No, transfer requests can only be submitted by one of the guests on the reservation. Guest is required to complete and send the form as an attachment via email to dispatch@ncl.com.

Booking a cruise is no exception. Contact your travel agent or the cruise line directly as soon as you need to add another passenger to your cabin. Explain the situation to them. If you are adding a passenger to a cabin that can accommodate three or four people, there shouldn't be a problem.
Name Changes. A name change is the cancellation of one guest and the addition of a new guest on a booking. For bookings that do not include airfare booked through Carnival, and not booked under a restricted/non-refundable fare×, there is no charge for a name change.
