It was a great find. I hate Printing and filling out forms using pen is so old school and requires extra step of scanning everything back in. It was also Free! Adobe is way too expensive for the handful of times a year I would need it.

The software is easy to navigate and user friendly.
Not paying the Adobe prices.
The software is very intuitive which is reduces time determining and understanding feature sets about the tool.
Some features require a different level of membership which cost more and should be included with the basic package.

Greatest PDF Library out there
PDFFiller has one of the best PDF Libraries I have ever come across. every possible template you can think of, you can find. This site deserves every star in this rating. In all honestly this is even the first time I EVER wrote a review, but I am doing it just so the team behind this website knows that there are people who are grateful for your site, and your work. and I would like to speak for every single one of the ones who are too lazy to leave a review, but you have saved us countless hours of what would otherwise be, a lot of research to try and complete the tasks we had at hand.

I had an issue that was my fault and it was taken care of immediately. Even late at night. I was very worried that there was no phone number or email to contact them but they replied quickly through their live support and took care of my issue and fully refunded my money. Thanks.b

Accidental annual subscription
I had accidentally signed up for a 1-year subscription and PDFFiller were very very friendly and ended the contract for me after all and refunded my money straight away.... I think any other company would have left me out in the cold and kept my money, because it was obviously my mistake with the forgotten cancellation... really a big thank you and also for the fact that the support took care of it so quickly. The short of it is that email clients consider email forms to be a security risk. While some email clients simply warn you of potential danger, others outright disable the forms.
