My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. It's been very pleasant as a university student. One thing that is quite annoying is the scrolling feature - when I scroll on my macbook pro it doesn't really work well. Overall, this is perfect for annotating my lecture slides and readings. As a student, I find it a bit expensive ($72/year) - maybe there can be some incentive for students?? :)

I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. Customer service is also great - prompt and friendly in attending to any questions or issues. Makes running my business that much easier.

Amazing customer service
I tried it a while ago, and something went wrong when cancelling my subscription (maybe me...). I got charged for the service anyway, but then asked for a refund. The support team was extremely responsive and useful, I'm really happy about their service. Excellent!

I think it is good however I already…
I think it is good however I already see methods to improve it. I desire to fax a smart folder of documents I already created. This would be a facilitate faster communication of information as opposed to finding out how to merge the documents and then fax the complete file. All in all, I like the platform. If you may obtain DocuSign options, it would be nice long term perhaps. Many corporations and companies like to use DocuSign.

You acknowledged that people need a one-time use for. While this site was great, I don't need it in the near future. You made cancelling the subscription easy and not a giant maze of site's you need to navigate through.
