It has been a little difficult at times but I am computer illiterate so if I can do it or manage to figure it out I think it’s safe to say anyone’s name. Once document is finished, it is always like a Easter egg hunt to find its saved location on my PC. Should be in downloads folder, but guess again!

Amazing software
Amazing software, Unreal flexibility for the price. Only thing I would change is possibly the phone numbers as we are not all in US. All in all, saves hours a week.

Very easy to use
I like that it notifies me when someone has completed the document. I also like how you can customize the fields between numbers and dates which makes it fool proof. Support is very quick to respond and helpful.
I have been trying to set up a document to copy certain fields throughout so they do have to enter their "name" every time, but I have had trouble trying to figure it out.

I can upload and modify a document instead of starting it all over. I can fax my papers, and I will receive confirmation.

I like the service and have been using for awhile!
I like the service and have been using for awhile. Their customer care team was really responsive through instant chat. Couldn't get a phone number for their customer service however I believe the chat service is all you need to get assistance! Kara was the representative I spoke with and she immediately understood my situation and helped me get the problems addressed with step by step processes and links. At the end she even saved me some money with the steps we took to save my old account! Definitely recommend their service and also contacting them with any question!

How do you check if a font can be embedded?
If you want to check if a font you're using has font embedding restrictions in place, choose Type > Find Font, select the font in question, and click the More Info button. If anything other than “Normal” is displayed next to “Restrictions”, then be careful when using the font.
How do I make sure fonts are embedded in a PDF?
Open your PDF file. Click File> Document Properties. Click on the Fonts Tab to display the list of all fonts. All fonts are either Type 1 or Teletype fonts. All fonts should show as Embedded Subset
What does it mean to embed a font?
Font embedding is the inclusion of font files inside an electronic document. Font embedding is controversial because it allows licensed fonts to be freely distributed. Font embedding has been possible with Portable Document Format (PDF), Microsoft Word for Windows and some other applications for many years.
What does it mean to embed fonts in a document?
Embedding Fonts. You say I must embed all fonts. What does that mean? This simply means that all the font information used to make your document look the way it does is stored in the PDF file.
