PDF Filler has made it much easier to create and edit forms and templates, and complete documents which once had to be either retyped in their entirety, or required the much outdated use of a typewriter to complete.

What do you like best?
We like PDFfiller because our patients don't want to have to waste precious minutes of their appointment time completing a health history update in the office. It's much simpler, not to mention faster, to have them do it at home and submit it when they're done!

The log-in process for the patient who has never used this service. We have a few patients who value their privacy and would rather not have to create an account in order to complete a form.

Awesome!
If there is a way to add your logo I could not find it... then again I didn't look either so...this might not be accurate.
So easy to use. extremely user-friendly. The benefits are that you get to create any type of form you need and customize it to fit your needs. You cannot ask for anything better than that.

PDF Filler Beats Adobe Sign For Me
I have used PDF Filler for about three years now and their customer service and platform are wonderful. Previously, I was using Adobe Sign but I found it way too expensive and cumbersome to use. For Apple users, here is the trick to separate PDF pages and saving a single document. Step 1- Open the PDF file via iCloud Drive or file manager for iOS. Once its opened > click 'Share' button > and hit 'Print'. Step 2- On the Printer Options page > select 'Range' of the pages you wish to extract.
