I lost all my forms that I filled out. I have to get blanks and start over. I'am not compurter literate. I could not retrieve my filled forms. What a waste of my time, No body bothered to let me know how l could retreve them. Only worried about what grade they would get.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. This is great to be able to complete a form while out of the office as well as to keep the office green.
The only drawback is that sometimes the area that you "filling" does not line up. Not really that big of deal though.

What do you like best?
It is very helpful to be able to fill pdf's in. It also saves paper and time. I hate having to print a form out, fill it in by hand and then scan it into the computer just to turn around and email it. With pdfFiller I can do the work on my computer, it looks professional and then I simply save it and email it. I also like the fax option.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes I have a little trouble getting everything just where I want it. But the more I use it the easier it becomes. I feel that I will like it even more the more I use it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am solving the wasted paper and time. I am able to keep everything electronically. Forms look more professional. I do not have to pay a separate service for a fax line which I only use a few times a year, I fax straight from pdfFiller.
