Very user friendly site. I did lose my first document, since I didn't select the 'DONE' box first. Maybe just a little pop up message on how important that step is would be helpful.

The UI is outstanding and very effortless. Very impressed.
My only issue was with advanced features. Would have liked to know ahead of time that they were additional fee. Everything looks included and don't like being told something cost money after the fact. Second, when telling me I had to upgrade to get additional feature, it should show the difference between what I am paying verses the new amount. I was on personal plan ($6) but to get the features I needed it was ($10). It said it was $10 for advanced plan but I didn't know if that meant $10 MORE than I was already paying. I had to open site in incognito mode, look at plans to figure it out... not fun.
Lastly, I was trying to send 2 separate PDFs as one doc. It took me a while to figure out where Merge was. I didn't understand why all the options under Actions were greyed out. That was very frustrating and should be improved.

I spent approx $70 for PDF Filler, could not find a page rotate icon when I really needed it, then a screen popped up that I would have to spend $120 per year to have this additional function. I was in the midst of needing to reorient some legal documents so paid the additional money. I find this to be less than fair business practice as when I signed up there was no clear breakdown presented on the functions available for different costs.

Great Customer Service
I was checking out pdfFiller to help with a project I was working on. I must have started a free trial and forgot to cancel. I received a charge for an annual subscription via paypal. How do you apply a defined name to an existing formula?
Define the named range you want used in your worksheet. Select the cells that contain formulas. Display the Formulas tab of the ribbon. Click the down-arrow at the right of the Define Name tool (in the Defined Names group) and then choose To apply Names. Click OK.
What is a named range?
A named range, range name, or defined name all refer to the same object in Excel. It's a descriptive name such as Jan_Sales or June_Precip that is attached to a specific cell or range of cells in a worksheet or workbook.
Can you use a named range instead of a cell address in a formula?
You use formulas in Excel to perform calculations such as adding, multiplying, and averaging. Page layout view focuses on how the worksheet will look when printed. A named range may begin a letter or number. You can use a named range instead of a cell address in a formula.
How do you name a cell range?
Select the labels and the cells that are to be named. On the Ribbon, click the Formulas tab, then click Create from Selection. In the Create Names From Selection window, add a check mark for the location of the labels, then click OK. Click on a cell to see its name.
