I was desperately trying to edit a pdf copy of the P&S and we could not convert it to a Word document. Finding your website where I could make edits to the form, made my life a whole lot easier. However, I work for a law firm and we normally do not have to do these types of documents. So I am afraid I will have to cancel once the document is finalized. It was a little difficult to navigate at first, but has allowed me to begin to file paper claims with insurance companies for a small medical company. Help was quick when I asked. Alignment is a little off, but it gave me a good, cheap start.

Fantastic at converting pdf to word and also editing a pdf file. Getting yourself around the menu's is a little clunky and takes a while to get used too.

When I chatted with support
When I chatted with support, I had had two different people who took the files I had been trying to merge unsuccessfully and merge them for me!!! Similarly when I had trouble with blank pages and missing pages in a merged document I found out it was because I was using Edge as my browser instead of Chrome. It would have been best if that had been in the program itself, but support really came through to help me out.

Professional look!
Got to know about PDFfiller because we use Salesforce at work, and these two are compatible. Taken together - tremendous time savings, at least several hours a week, i'd say!
Longer contracts might need a while to get fully visible on the screen, but no rush here
