I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. It's great. My kids have a lot of form for school that we have to print, sign, and then scan back into the computer. This prevents them (or me) from having to do this, great software!

Really convenient with good functionality
Its versatility mainly. There are a good range of functions that make the use of the product very easy.
It would be useful to have a larger range of fonts as sometimes the lack of variety is restrictive and therefore some documents cannot be created.

Had a technical issue where I couldn’t find my document. Somehow it disappeared. Contacted support via the chat and they were able to resolve the issue within minutes! Thank you so much for your help and for fixing the issue so quickly!

its easy to use, extremely helpful in editing my files the only thing i dont like is the $20 a month payment plan. other than that its thee PERFECT online solution to editing your files. id def recommend to other people

Student charged 115€ despite cancelling…
Student charged 115€ despite cancelling free trial – very disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with my experience on pdffiller. I had signed up for the free trial, made sure to cancel it before the end, and yet I was still charged €115.20 for a full annual subscription without my consent.
I am a student, and this unexpected charge has pushed my bank account into overdraft, causing me financial stress. I never agreed to any paid subscription, and when I log into my account, it still shows as “free”, proving that I had cancelled on time.
After checking Trustpilot, I realized that many other customers are facing the exact same issue — this seems to be a recurring problem.
I have contacted customer support and sincerely hope they will resolve this quickly and refund me. But this situation is really unfair and unacceptable.
