I wish there was a way to access a blank 2019 W-2 form. The first form came up as 2019, but the only way I found to create 2019 for the other employees was to duplicate that first one and modify for the additional person. If not for that quirk, I would have given 5 stars.

Efficient way to fill out forms online. You can setup default information to be populated online in any type of form. Ensure to select which user being utilized as if you use for multiple people on one machine, you can mix up information if you are not paying attention.

I like the flexibility of this program I like the flexibility of this program. But there is a glitch when trying to edit some of the text lines. The original text area shrinks so small you cannot see it, I figured out that using the "T" text increase option helps fix the issue, it took me a bit to figure it out.

Unlike ink signatures on a paper document, a digital signature cannot be copied from one document to another and the signature applies to the entire document; changing any element of the document after signing invalidates the signature.
A copied signature isn't legally enforceable Generally, for an eSignature to be legally enforceable, the method of signing needs to be deemed reliable, and proven to identify the person. A copy-and-pasted signature won't cut it.
A common question people have is “Can my digital signature be forged, misused or copied?” The reality is, wet signatures can easily be forged and tampered with, while electronic signatures have many layers of security and authentication built into them, along with court-admissible proof of transaction.
Right-click the selected item, and choose Copy. The content is copied to the clipboard. In an another application, choose Edit > Paste to paste the copied content.
Can a PDF Signature be copied? Each digital signature is unique to the signer and the document, you cannot copy and paste the signature from one document to another. If any changes are made to the document or the signature after signing is complete, then the signature and documents are invalid.
An electronic signature can be copied and pasted and attached to other documents by anyone. An electronic signature doesn't provide any document security and it doesn't have a document verification process, or any tracking for changes made to the documents content after signing.
