Very smooth and easy. A little set back by only being able to elect monthly or yearly before being able to print, basically buying something you haven't seen. I wish there was a way to access a blank 2019 W-2 form. The first form came up as 2019, but the only way I found to create 2019 for the other employees was to duplicate that first one and modify for the additional person. If not for that quirk, I would have given 5 stars.

Efficient way to fill out forms online.
You can setup default information to be populated online in any type of form.
Ensure to select which user being utilized as if you use for multiple people on one machine, you can mix up information if you are not paying attention.

I like the flexibility of this program
I like the flexibility of this program.
But there is a glitch when trying to edit some of the text lines. The original text area shrinks so small you cannot see it, I figured out that using the "T" text increase option helps fix the issue, it took me a bit to figure it out.

It is a very friendly tool that help us and make the life more easy at the moment we handled a PDF file, is very easy and comfortable, options are also very helpful, I really recommended, I´d have been using this tool for more that a year and is very cool because all your documents are on your dashboard, so is easy to search for old documents that you will wanted to review.
