There's no instructions of what forms are available. I use two that I've researched and used but a listing of all forms and a more convenient method of printing would be helpful.

Click Open File to add a PDF. Select the page you want to rotate and right-click it. Click Rotate Left or Rotate Right to rotate the page through 90 degrees. Click Rotate 180° to turn it upside down.

When a PDF is open in Chrome, press Ctrl+P or get the Print Menu. In the Print options select 'Save as PDF' and in the orientation change from Portrait to Landscape. And then click on Print. This will rotate the entire PDF.
