I begrudgingly brought the product thinking it was too expensive and the online terms were confusing. However, after using it, I love it! I actually use it frequently now and don't know how I got along without it. Great product!

The learning curve is fairly easy and short. Still learning features as I go. I use the program every two weeks and generate four documents each time. I've been able to look up every document that I have needed and able to open and edit and print. There are occasions that he document will cut off part of the header or will not allign the text correctly. However, that's about 3% (or less) of the time.

I used it now for 2 forms. I like that It does everything for me..saves the document, converts to another format if I need it and easy to email out or print.

Truly like this product as is very efficient. PDFfiller is exactly what I needed and wish has discovered it before. Is very intuitive to use and is an amazing time saver. Definitely recommend this product.

Just a bit complicated to learn how to use the system for an 'oldie' but I'm sure it would become more familiar with more frequent usage. Thank you for allowing a trial to test the systems functionality.

However, some types of goods or services require up-front payment in full before the goods or service are provided. In this case, the payment is known as a prepayment. Some common expenses are also prepaid. Insurance is a regular example of an expense that requires prepayment due to the nature of the service.
How are prepayments accounted for?
Accounting for Prepayments From the perspective of the buyer, a prepayment is recorded as a debit to the prepaid expenses account and a credit to the cash account. When the prepaid item is eventually consumed, a relevant expense account is debited and the prepaid expenses account is credited.
Is prepaid rent an asset or liability?
Rent Expense. Prepaid rent is a balance sheet account, and rent expense is an income statement account.
