Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. So far it has delivered on it's promises. Easy to use. Affordable. Customer Service is lacking helping with billing and establishing business account, but the product itself is great.

Great Product
This software has helped mainly with electronic signature creation but also with overall PDF edits.
The software offers a number of options for editing PDFs and is fairly user-friendly. It has an easy layout.
I do not like the fact that the software can lag when working with slightly larger documents. It can also be time-consuming to learn more advanced features.

Don't let the name fool you, it does so much more than allow editing
I use pdfFiller to sign agreements when I'm traveling and don't have the version of Acrobat where you can sign, on my computer. I actually like pdfFiller much better, because it allows me to edit things that Acrobat does not. I've utilized several of the templates that have been very well laid out.
I was pleasantly surprised to see all of the templates and formatting options that are built in to pdfFiller
There is really nothing not to like. I don't use some of the features, because we don't need them, but I can't say it's missing anything or has any issues.

Fast and great service
Fast and great service. Program was great but we didn't really have use for it. We forgot to cancel after our trial and was charged. Totally our fault. I contacted them and they handled this immediately. Talk about fast service. 😊 Thanks again.

I've been very happy with this product! It has helped me tremendously file insurance claims and do work since my husband has been in the hospital since 5/30/20. I did the free trial but will be purchasing it for the year.
