What do you like best?
As a beginner, I was surprised not only with the fact that PDFfiller was so much easier to learn and use than the Adobe Suite but also at the range of capabilities on offer! From my first use of this online program I found new pleasure in dealing with .pdf files. I now use the program Every Single Day to create, manipulate or convert files that used to sit waiting, sometimes for days at a time, to be done by the one or two people with access to more expensive and less user friendly programs. Now I have a new "can-do" attitude to the workings of .pdf files. I can't recommend this online tool enough and it's so affordable, you can buy a license to use at home. Great product, lots of advantages. You will not look back, you will not regret this purchase.
What do you dislike?
The user Interface could do with being a little less busy. A streamlined interface and a compact "how to..." would take a 9/10 to a 10. It just needs some tweaking and it's perfect!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my opinion it is definitely worth spending the small amount to upgrade to the paid version!

Administration issues generally...adding text, file conversion and commenting on documents...are all problems that I had to either pay to have done elsewhere or ask for an expensive subscription that was never in my budget and wouldn't be approved if I had asked.

Need Email Ease
I would prefer to have the email document link a little easier to navigate. Maybe a big button with 2 steps to it so it isn’t accidentally sent?

Works well with 2 exceptions. There was an odd small "box" on the left-hand side of the saved document that I was able to erase with the erase tool. There were also signature verification notifications superimposed on the signatures.

super fast and responsive support team you guys are fast, curteous supportive and knowledgeable about your positions. my experience with your support team has been exceptional..they all were kind and courteous and fast with getting me back on. Thank You! in days that were are experienceing it is good to know that there are a few companies that still utilise our citisens exceptional skills in their business in the United States, that know english well, can do thier jobs over the phone and are "present" so to speak, and use English well. It's fine so far, I double checked for accuracy off of the tax tables and it calculated correctly which is a positive for me and very helpful and a huge timesaver to know it is accurate and reliable

There are some minor things I have not figured out how to do. Not sure yet if they are just missing features, or just not readily available in a way that I was expecting.

Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.
