I have been using this site for 10 minutes, I really cannot give a good assessment. I do believe that a users manual should be more accessible from the home page so you can review the user guide while using the form filler.

Good afternoon,
I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller..
It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter.
Can you help me with this log-in issue?

For people who are not that good in technology like me (you are not to blame), it was a bit difficult to find a website where I could fill important documents to send via internet in a safe manner. After a while, I found your website and once I figured out how to save and send the documents I can say that it is a good website.
My recommendation is to make it even easier to access and follow directions for seasoned people like me.

What do you like best?
The ease of deleting, adding and reorganizing worksheets in various units of study.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes when having to edit the same PDF to set it up to where there is only one student's report in a PDF at a time. It saved over the original document and I would have to reupload it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
None, just that it can be a huge time saver for a teacher being able to edit PDFs for the classroom.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The big one has been being able to send individual progress reports to students. Our gradebook system does not save them in separate PDFs, it saves them all in one so being able to use PDF to separate them and save them individually saves me time.

Auto Renewal Charge
I was auto charged for a 2nd year for this service via PayPal. I do not need it and was surprised to see the charge. I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.
