I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. It's easy
It gives you access to do alot of things it's easy to understand and it gives you a lot of options to convert and send

I love the PDFfiller, I find it very easy to use.
It is making my newsletter each month alot easier to create.
I am able to erase words that I don't need & put in the ones that are easier to read.
I have some PDF's that are very light gray print and don't copy very well. I can take out the words that are too light & replace them with clearer, larger, darker letters.
It is easy to go back to change anything that is not what I want.

Useful software which so far has solved the issues which I needed. It would be interesting to be able to convert pdfs to pictures alos.

I was happy that I found my forms, but you should have said from the first that it was a trial, I do not remember being told that It would cost me, but that's ok, I filled out and printed 3 N-311 Hawaii forms, which printed 5 sheets, I will gladly pay for them, but I do not want to continue my subscription to pdfFiller. I don't think I will ever need it again, but I do thank you for being there when I needed you.

What makes an option contract legally enforceable?
An option contract is a promise to keep an offer open for another party to accept within a period of time. With an option contract, the offeror is not permitted to revoke the offer within the stated period of time. Most option contracts require consideration and other contract formalities in order to be enforceable.
Does an option contract have to be in writing?
One the parties have agreed a contract will be written which must include the names of both parties, the asset which is the subject of the contract, the final purchase price, the timeframe, and any other important details.
What is the difference between option contract size and multiplier?
of an options contract is a stock, the contract size will be the number of shares that will be bought or sold if the option is exercised. Contract multiplier The weight that is multiplied by the contracted price when calculating the contracted value.
How do you get out of an option contract?
There are actually three things that can happen. You can buy or sell to “close” the position prior to expiration. The options expire out-of-the-money and worthless, so you do nothing. The options expire in-the-money, usually resulting in a trade of the underlying stock if the option is exercised.
Can option contracts be verbal?
Verbal contracts are enforceable in California, with few exceptions. One method of proving an oral contract is to look at party's conduct, activities, and action taken after the verbal contract was made.
What are the rules for option contracts?
The terms of option contracts specify the underlying security, the price at which that security can be bought or sold (the strike price), and the expiration date of the contract. For stocks, a standard contract covers 100 shares, but this number can be adjusted for stock splits, special dividends, or mergers.
Is it necessary to put a contract in writing?
Most contracts can be either written or oral and still be legally enforceable. However, some agreements must be in writing to constitute a binding agreement. Oral contracts are difficult to enforce.
