Generally very good. When you print it saves first which I don't want it to do and "Save As" does not allow you to rename which is not right. Other than that, it does what you want.

Very good! Would highly recommend to any fast paced office
We have cut out paper usage in half since we started using this product! And by refusing our waste we also reduced our shredding fees

I only needed it for one purpose, to make my client's insurance claim sheets a fillable form so I wouldn't have to freehand it. After the initial struggle to get it structured right it works wonderfully

The short answer is no, you can't, in most states. The Affordable Care Act only allows young adults to be covered under a parent policy until age 26. However, there are some exceptions, as a handful of states extend coverage to age 30 or 31, albeit with some limitations.
