Kara provided great tech assistance and she was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The 4 stars is for Kara. The company on the other hand... not so helpful. They are great at marketing their product but provide very limited and nearly useless resources for helping their subscribers troubleshoot issues and/or educating the consumer on the tools and functions of the product. The company YouTube channel spends about 30 seconds on "how to" and the remainder of the video is promoting the product. Seriously, every single video, watch for yourself. All fluff and no substance.

How do I extend a live photo?
When you have a Live Photo open on your phone, put your finger on the screen and swipe up to see the Effects panel, where you have the choice of Loop, Bounce or Long Exposure. Tap an effect to add it to your image. The Loop effect turns your Live Photo into a repeating video.
How long do live photos last?
If the icon has a line through it, tap it to turn on Live Photos. A Live Photo captures 3 seconds of movement and sound. 1.5 seconds of the Live Photo is captured before you press the shutter button, and 1.5 seconds is captured after.
How do I change the duration of a live photo?
Find the Live Photo you want to edit and select it.
From the center of the screen, swipe up.
Here you'll find three new Live Photo effects.
Choose Loop, Bounce, or Long Exposure.
