Better than acrobat
Love it, my go to when acrobat pdf filler isn't working
The easy operation, we can count on it to fill any PDF. Acrobat sometimes let's us down so we started using this instead
The pricing, please lower it down so we can switch to this software forever. Also a nicer desktop App would be nice

PDF filler is VERY easy to use
PDF filler is VERY easy to use. The only sticky point for me sometimes is finding forms. There is a library connected to the app but I often find the forms there confusing. So I google them and import.

Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents
Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. Thought I had cancelled my subscription but turns out I didn't and it went out the next month... got in touch with customer support and they cancelled my subscription and refunded the amount taken with no issues.. fast and polite responses as well.. very impressed.

I didn't realize how much use I would…
I didn't realize how much use I would make of this program, or the range of functions that it offers. I just got the free-version at first because I needed a digital signature. But now, as an academic, I find I use it all the time to share and to sign documents: now that everything is online and we have limited contact, this has become more important. I can't say that I've mastered or even noticed all the file features this program offers, but almost every time I use it I discover something new. Well worth the money!

Not your fault
Not your fault, but I need my "original signature" on the form for the form to be accepted. I was sooo excited that, during this whole COVID-19 isolation I could get this document notarized here! Ugh... Ridiculous. I may try it anyway as the delay in getting this done the way their website says they want it will be more ridiculous after my quarantine....hmmmm
