What do you like best?
I think it has all the features that other pdf signing software offers and it's well priced! I use it on a regular basis for all my pdf signing needs.

I think user interface can be improved but so far I've gotten used to it so it's not so bad.

Fantastic customer service
For some reason I needed this and only once. I got the free trial and then forgot all about it until $115.00 was collected from my account, shock horror. All I can say is you have fantastic customer service, I explained my situation and a refund was issued that same day. Both friendly and speedy. Ace by name and by character, much appreciated. 1 star deducted as I would have liked a reminder email when the free trial was coming to an end.

I'm not sure why Adobe Acrobat Pro…
I'm not sure why Adobe Acrobat Pro isn't this easy to use. Adobe Acrobat Pro feels like it was created in a silo by people who don't do editing on a daily basis. Also, it doesn't install, on one of the latest Macbooks on the planet. Thank god for PDFEscape and PDFFiller. Thank you god.

What is an approval letter?
An approval letter means the loan is approved, this is akin to a commitment letter. So if you get an approval letter when making an offer, the bank or lender is likely using the wrong semantics, and the letter should be written as a pre-approval letter.
What is a loan approval letter?
To obtain a loan approval letter, the borrower meets with a lender and begins a preliminary loan approval process. The conditional loan approval letter states a specific amount the lender is willing to loan the borrower, under certain conditions.
What is an approval letter?

Does a preapproval letter guarantee a loan?
Pre-approval is not a commitment to lend you money. Nor is it a guarantee from the lender. It is simply the lender's way of saying they will likely approve you for a certain amount, as long as you clear the underwriting process with all of its checkpoints and requirements.
What happens after loan approval?
After the lender approves your loan, you will get a commitment letter that stipulates the loan term and terms to the mortgage agreement. The commitment letter will include the annual percentage rate and the monthly costs to repay the loan. It will also include any loan conditions prior to closing.

How long is a preapproval letter good for?
Once you provide all the required documentation and get the mortgage pre-approval letter from a bank or lender, it is typically valid for 60-90 days. Just note that a lot of things can change during that time, such as your credit score, so it's not 100% guaranteed.
