My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. If customer support is this affect and expressed concern the way he did on a daily or frequent basis... then definitely purchase this product. Hands down.

Best customer service and software! It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. How to modify the text was not something I was able to do through erasing. Maybe using PDFfiller more often will help me maneuver the site with time.

It really makes billing a lot easier. The program is really user friendly and it saves all your work It makes it so much easier to print of my cms 1500 forms for insurance billing. I like that this software saves your previous work so you can reprint if you make a typo or need to add something to submit again.

This program works great! This program works great, sometimes things are a little off once you download and certain documents are easily editable while others can be a pain in the butt. Overall I like it & I think it's great. I would definitely use it & recommend it.

What do you like best? I like to be able to upload multiple documents and then have the ability to rearrange them if needed, or remove, or even add to my entire document. What do you dislike? I do not like that the desktop extention frequently has errors, and continues to lag. I also do not like that the fax portion is uncustomizable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps me to add or remove specific line items, which I do not want others to see. It also allows us to add pictures to the PDF documents, such as signatures, and or stamps for notary.
