Directions to find the form to be edited could be more simple and spelled out. Through trial and error, I was able to edit the form to my satisfaction. Thanks.

I was sold on the ability to edit anything on the document easily with PDF filler. I have the latest copy of Nuance Power PDF Standard that I used to create an editable form and I could not figure out how to edit some of the fields on the PDF doc. (I believe the source PDF file may have been poorly designed for computer input.) Anyway, I find PDF filler very easy to use--no need to convert the document to a form--just start editing with the various tools. Neat!

PDFfiller is almost as good as Adobe
PDFfiller makes PDF editing simple and quick. It's almost as good as Adobe itself. If you don't have Adobe, then here's you substitute.
It's a simplistic and quick online PDF editor. You basically upload your PDF file, then if provides to all of your needs from: inserting text, erasing text and other modification options.
None at the moment because I appreciate using it.

Click on the “Tasks” section of the task pane and choose “Add New Field.” Select the Dropdown tool. You also can right-click on your document to choose the tool. Click on your document page to create a default-sized field. Click and drag to specify your field's dimensions interactively.

How do I create a fillable PDF drop down?
Open the PDF file to which you want to add a drop-down list. Click once on the “Open” icon on the “File” toolbar. Use the “Look in” drop down list to choose the folder to which the PDF document is saved. Double-click on the document name to open it.
How do I create a drop-down list in Outlook body?
