Once I became familiar with the input it was pretty easy to use. However trying to Print was difficult. The on-line help didn't suggest using the DONE button!

I'm impressed with the product and signed up for a year, but it's one of those things that you really need when you need it and really don't look at much when you don't. I would think one copy per company would be about enough. One outstanding feature is that you have boxes for each field that you can type in, this makes life so much easie

I really enjoy using PDFiller because it enables me to type in and fill form that take ages to fill forms by writing and take less space on the forms while typing onto it

I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

What do you like best?
The customer service on this software is unreal and so fast. I like the link to fill feature in this software, use it all the time. It's helpful for all our contracts and HR needs during a lockdown.
What do you dislike?
Some of the features are prone to be misleading if you don't read through the how to documentation eg Send to Sign is not useful for everyone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Read through the documentation on how to use it
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having people sign documents during a lockdown is now a breeze. Having new interviewees fill out interview questionnaires, contracts and applications for employment so simple.

Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.

How do I find my ZIP code extension?
Easy, just visit USPS.com, hover over the Mail & Ship top menu tab, and select Look Up a ZIP Code. Enter your address (with apartment number, if any), hit Find, and your full address with ZIP+4 will display.
What are the 4 digits after my zip code?
The first part is the first five digits of the zip code which indicates the destination post office or delivery area. The last 4 digits of the nine-digit ZIP Code represents a specific delivery route within that overall delivery area. All 9 digits of a full zip code assist the USPS in effectively sorting the mail.

How do I find my full zip code?
Find the ZIP Code for an area of a city or town, or the location of a given ZIP Code. We make it simple. Enter an address and receive the ZIP+4 code.
Are the last 4 digits of a ZIP code necessary?
The ZIP+4 code is used and assigned by the United States Postal Service (USPS) for routing purposes. The final 4 digits are not required for delivery of your mail and may change frequently. A ZIP code is a postal code used by the United States Postal Service (USPS) in a system it introduced in 1963.

Learn Excel from MrExcel podcast Episode 2285. The new zip code data type in Excel. How many times do you go to the store. And at the cashiers there say "Hey what's your zip code"? What do they do with that information. If you are the store and so now we have some new cool tools in Excel. You know I get to do seminars I ask people what their zip code is. I have a whole bunch of zip codes here and I'm gonna try and collapse us down to get a summary by zip code. So: Insert, Pivot Table. I'll put the Pivot Table in an existing worksheet right here click OK. Drag zip code down along the rows area. And then sum the numbers. Cool. All right that's great. I don't need a grand total here at the bottom so right click and remove grand total and actually I don't want this to be a pivot table at all so I'm gonna copy it Ctrl C and paste those values with Alt ESV and now I just have a regular old thing - a table. Alright instead of Sum of Number let's just do Total on there. Alright, I'll make this into a table ctrl T and this is the new part right here I'm gonna choose all of those zip codes and on the Data tab declare them to be Geography. Now with over a thousand zip codes this is gonna take some time so I'll pause the video until it finishes ok wait that took about a minute. Not forever but longer than you would want to watch in the video and now I see that there's 16 zip codes that are just flat-out wrong. The person gave me the wrong zip code or maybe it was just a typo or maybe they didn't want me to know where they live who knows and I'm gonna get rid of these. But I'm not gonna get rid of these right now because it would be super annoying to go through one at a time delete the rows. Alright we'll just we'll get rid of here in a bit all right but now that we have the zip codes check this out this is a table so Ctrl T and then I can add here the City. Alright so now I can see the City if I needed it add the County. I'm not gonna do that today and then the State or Province like that all right Now, to get all of the error cells - the ones that it couldn't find there's no way to sort by that icon but I can sort by state and that will force all of the field errors down here to the bottom. Right so they don't know the city or the state. Now these could be valid zip codes. It just spans two cities maybe but I know where I'm headed with this so I'm gonna take these few records down here and say that I want to delete those from the table. So Home, Delete, Delete Table Rows and we end up with just the items that worked. I mean that was what 30 items and I have 1,800 that worked so that is really cool. So first off, converting Zip codes into a City and State and County as well all right so that's a cool thing. All right, now the second thing I want to do is I want to add a map. I want a map so I take the zip codes and the totals and we're going to insert a brand new map type that was introduced in Office 365 somewhere around 2017. So not a 3D map but a filled...
