it has been hard getting back to my document, probably because an icon has not popped up on my screen and the form is not in my laptop document file. it's not letting me add lines to the lists though that might be a hard lock in the form. However the section instruction's say that you can add. Mostly I have only used PDF filler on this complicated form and am learning by trial and error.

Log in to your Freelancer.com account. Click My Projects. Click the title of your project to go to its main page. Click the Payments tab. Click Release next to the Milestone Payment you wish to transfer to your freelancer. Specify the amount you want to release. Click Release.
Freelancer will charge 10%, 5%, or 3% of the full amount immediately, based on your subscription. Most of the beginners start with a free account, and hence are charged 10% of the full amount from Freelancer.com.
A milestone payment is simply a certain % of the fee of a project that the client pays over the course of the project rather than paying 100% at the end. One rough example of a milestone payment system would be if a client paid you 30% upfront, 30% after the first draft is submitted, and 40% at project completion.
Just go to the project's page, then locate your proposal among bids list. Click on the Retract button across your bid. Once you click on Yes, Remove My Bid! Your bid will automatically be removed from the bid list. This means that the employer will no longer be able to see your bid or award you the project.
Upwork's payment process provides a window for clients to confirm that freelancers are paid for the work outlined in the contract. Clients can choose to pay on a weekly basis for hourly projects, or by project milestones for fixed-price jobs. A strong job post attracts top freelancers.
Go to Settings Get Paid. Click Add Method. Click the Set-Up button for your chosen method and enter the information. Choose a payment schedule and click Next.
It will be Available after 5 days. If the client doesn't respond, Upwork approves it automatically after 14 days, and you get paid after the 5 days period. For the hourly contracts, you bill your client using the time tracking by Upwork Desktop software.
Weekly Payment. A weekly payment is an automatic, recurring payment for a specific amount. The client is invoiced this amount each week in addition to the billable hours in your Work Diary.
