What do you like best?
The ability to create drop down boxes. Easy to make changes.
What do you dislike?
Unable to copy and paste drop down boxes, and would prefer that the drop down menu goes away after making a selection.

It served my purposes It served my purposes. There were a few instances where it would not properly let me check a box. Also, inputting dates, did not always work as expected. I was not always able to manually type in a date. It forced me to use the calendar. Sometimes. It's a good tool.

When calling, identify yourself and explain calmly and politely that you've followed up multiple times by email about a late payment. If possible, try to secure payment over the phone by credit card or direct transfer. If that's not possible, get a firm commitment on the date and method of payment.
Check the Client Received the Invoice. To request payment professionally, it's important to first make sure there was no error or miscommunication about the invoice. Send a Brief Email Requesting Payment. Speak to the Client By Phone. Consider Cutting off Future Work. Research Collection Agencies. Review Your Legal Options.
Rather, send your first follow-up email a week before the payment due date. Then, if you're facing a late payment, you'll need to continue sending follow-up emails until you receive your bill. Asking for late payment can be tough, but the key is to modulate your tone across these reminder emails.

To politely ask your client for payment, be sure to keep your message warm and friendly. Think about the way you've been communicating with them so far. You don't want that tone or relationship to change all of a sudden just because payment is involved. Always keep the lines of communication open.
A simple reminder to the borrower can work for you in these situations. Be courteous and always use polite language when reminding someone about the debt they owe you. (even thought you really just want the money back). Just ask if they remember their debt and when they can pay it back.
If your client is late making a payment, follow up one week with a payment reminder email, then two weeks, then a month after the due date. Be clear in your payment request email to the client about just how late the invoice is, and don't forget to ask them to reach out to you if they have any questions or concerns.
