I have tried a couple other products and they do not compare with the ease of the PDFfiller product. I am over 80 and faced with a great deal of medical paperwork regarding insurance, test results, doctors paperwork and hospital paperwork.
My handwriting is a bit shaky with age and at times people can not read what I have attempted to write. I used PDFfiller on a several pages of a doctor's information form and it was a breeze and people could read my answers. The doctors staff wanted to know how I did it and thanked me many times for doing it with PDFfiller.

I am always needing to combine multiple PDF files into one, and then do some filling and signing. PDF Filler has sped that process up.

Ease of use was great and intuitive
Ease of use was great and intuitive. Documents went from PDF into a word document really nicely. The only issue with changing PDF into Word docs is the font comes out a bit weird and can't seem to be corrected.

What do you like best?
The ability to modify documents specific to our needs. The Tools provided give me maximum ability to modify, add, remove and edit any document in any way that is needed.

What is 14c certificate?
14© Certificate Holders. The following employers hold or have applied for certificates issued under section 14(c) of the Fair Labor Standards Act. The certificates authorize employers to pay subminimum wages to workers with disabilities that impair their productivity for the work they perform.
What type of employment for people with disabilities do 14c certificates allow?
Employment of Workers with Disabilities: Section 14(c) of the Fair Labor Standards Act authorizes employers, after receiving a certificate from the Wage and Hour Division, to pay special minimum wages wages less than the Federal minimum wage to workers who have disabilities for the work being performed.
Is subminimum wage legal?
Subminimum Wage. The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLEA) provides for the employment of certain individuals at wage rates below the minimum wage. The youth minimum wage is authorized by the FLEA, which allows employers to pay employees under 20 years of age a lower wage for 90 calendar days after they are first employed.
What does subminimum wage mean?
Sub-minimum wage refers to a wage paid less than what is actually given as minimum wage. Fair Labor Standards Act provides that sub-minimum wages be paid to: 1. Student-learners. 2.
How much does goodwill pay their disabled employees?
Sec 14 (c) allows corporations to pay people with disabilities a subminimum wage. According to Labor Department records, Goodwill pays some of its disabled workers as low as 22, 38 and 41 cents per hour.
How long does it take to get a prevailing wage determination?
In order to file the PERM application, it is necessary to obtain a prevailing wage determination (PhD) from the DOL. This establishes the appropriate minimum wage level required for the position. Wage determinations take approximately six weeks, as of this writing.
How much is subminimum wage?
Any wage rate above $4.25 an hour may be paid to eligible workers during this 90-day period. Information on special employment and subminimum wages are available from the Wage and Hour Division's Website.
What is the federal minimum wage for workers with disabilities?
That's because current law allows employers to pay as little as $1 per hour, or less, to workers with disabilities if they can't perform a job as well as a person who is not disabled (the current federal minimum wage is $7.25). It's an exemption to the Fair Labor Standards Act that has been in place for 80 years.
