This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. Although I found out that I didn't need a pdf app, it was a pleasant experience, and the free trial served its purpose of discovering if it was for me.

What do you like best?
The ability to upload documents as templates, to work on completed documents, whether changing page order or add/modify information.
What do you dislike?
I find it challenging to change fonts and text color. I'm not even sure it's possible.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Took some time to get used to it's quirks after years of using Adobe Acrobat. But, I have actually found it easier to use and can do more .
