Ease of filling the forms. There is one change if you can make will be great... in date of birth column, once you click on it, you have to put the MM/DD/YYYY. If you can allow to override that and just put the year, that will be of help. In my case where my father was born in 1920 and his date of MM/DD is not known, I'm forced to fill it with incorrect information.

The forms are easy to fill out and the online chat help was great. But I was a little confused when I was first starting and seemingly just thrown into the fire so to speak after what I thought was just filling in a form and really didn't have a 'how to video' before I was already in ther.

What do you like best?
It works. Easy to use platform. I've subscribed for several years and they continue to make improvements. I tried docusign and this was just as good.
What do you dislike?
I don't like that it won't link up with business accounts on OneDrive so I can't store my files on OneDrive. Really would be nice to have them fix that! Also for some weird reason, the system only can connect with personal accounts. Sometimes, it's not easy to find my documents. Finally, the plug-in for Chrome doesn't always work well. Usually, it's just better to go into the app itself.

Compare the functionality you need to what it offers. I suspect you'll find it's sufficient.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Send out paperwork for signatures and fill out paperwork online instead of printing, signing, and scanning it.

Easy Forms It has been good, but the saving of the files is not that easy, have to upload document every time you want a new copy. The easiness to write pdf's and print them out. The documents are not categorized and it would make it easier to find.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. I have got to say during this time of a… I have got to say during this time of a COVID-19 crisis, it's nice to have a service like this where I can just get the pdf's filled out and signed. It also makes for the reader on the other end to see it more clearly. I am an extremely happy customer and will continue to be for as long as COVID is here anyway.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
