Amazing customer support
I had to contact customer support because I, out of my own negligence, got charged for one of their products. They were extrememly helpful and resolved the issue, even though they had no reason to do so (except sympathy). Extremely nice customer support. Definitely recommend.

easy to use and there are a lot of options to have things mailed, emailed, faxed, etc right with a click of a button and entering information. It does have a fee for this BUT it is SUPER convenient so honestly its a very small price to pay to not have to worry about all the extra work i would have to do myself.

How do I fix currently unable to send a message?
Go to Settings. Select Mobile network settings. When you are in the mobile settings, hold the power button and the home buttons together until your device turns off. While your Galaxy is off, gently remove the battery. While your battery is detached, press the home button and the power button 10 times together.
