I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. We love the power PDFfiller gives us to export data filled in to be exported to Excel and manipulated. For the most part, it is a very intuitive program. There are some aspects of set up that are confusing, but customer support is GREAT, QUICK, and seemingly PATIENT. We are very happy so far with its performance.

Filled in a large medical form of 6 pages and had no hassles
As I loaded it for my home use and probably will only use it occasionally I think the cost may be unjustifiable for me to continue with it which is a pity. But it is a good product

It makes pdf documents manageable !! Everyone has some reason to love it!
You have to need it for every day utilization to deserve to buy.
You can do anything on a pdf document. Of course the basic features as to sign, insert date and page number. Highlight words, insert marks, cyrcle a word or an item.Insert an image easily. More specific features: eraser tool, text box, drop down menu (for someone to choose from) and verification of the document! All languages are supported.
The cost is quite salty.. and the history version is missing. Page scroll down is a bit unconvinient that wastes me time in large documents..

For the price, I expected a lean version of other e-sign applications. But this has every feature I could possibly need so I'm very impressed.

I was charged a subscription fee and I didn't understand why, so I contacted the company via chat. The agent that assisted me was amazing!! She totally understood and was very helpful. She was extremely professional. I really expected that this was going to be a very unpleasant experience for me, but it was absolutely pleasant and positive! Thank you! I would give many more stars if I could.

I like it very much, I think it has great fearures...
I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.
