The program interface is OK but it could be a little more iterative. A form I was completing for the TSP TP77 and the TP76 did not place the letters and numbers (characters) in the exact center of each box making the document a little harder to read. I know this for sure because I have completed the same document using TSP website filler with the document are available. This would be easy for the company to fix this but they check their forms before making them available. But the overall online forms filler program works well and saves completed forms easily and has a generous library.

I am using this program for school… I am using this program for school applications and I love the ease of downloading and making all my tests and worksheets fillable the only issue so far is that when students fill out worksheets and send to me they all come ananomously so if a student forgets name on paper I have no way to track it, it is definately the students problem but it is just a bit of a hassle.

Visual Form Editor, by Logical Innovations, LLC, is a tool for rapid design of encounter forms, for use with the Centricity® EMR, enabling you to concentrate on creating quality forms rather than overcoming design considerations. This reduces the time and costs associated with designing and modifying forms.
From the forms edit view, click the more menu (3 dots), add collaborators, under Who has access change Private to On — Anyone with the link, Save, copy the link and post back here. Here's the link. Everyone can edit, and I don't see any way to turn of Edit rights.
Forms can be shared by simply sharing the URL link to the Live Form — or is the Send button in the top right. If you want others to edit the Form, then you would use the Add collaborators option. Frustrating, agree with Ray Satterfield 6/6/19 — unable to share the form without the EDIT option.
Open a form in Google Forms. In the top right, click Send. At the top of the window, click Link. To copy the link that appears, click Copy or press Ctrl + c (Windows) or + c (Mac) on your keyboard.
To share your Google Form responses, go to the top right of your Form and click “More” (the three-dot icon). Type the names or emails of the people with whom you want to share responses, then click “Send”. The collaborators can now see the form responses, send the form to others, and even edit the form themselves.
