I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)

Fast and great service
Fast and great service. Program was great but we didn't really have use for it. We forgot to cancel after our trial and was charged. Totally our fault. I contacted them and they handled this immediately. Talk about fast service. 😊 Thanks again.

How do I compress a PDF to 200 KB?
To compress PDF 200 KB, go to “Tool” > “Optimize PDF”. A new window will open. Here, you can choose the compression type. Options include low, medium, and high.
How do I reduce the MB file size?
Remove unnecessary images, formatting and macros. Save the file as a recent Word version. Reduce the file size of the images before they are added to the document. If it is still too large, save the file as a PDF.
How do I reduce the size of a PDF file, so I can email it?
Click the “Tool”>”Optimize PDF”. Here, you can choose three options for how to make a PDF smaller to email. Choose between Low, medium, and high compression.
