I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. Great product at a great price w awesome customer support

Two main issues I have with PDF:
1) not being able to change the names on the forms,
2) easily finding a form to download to My Forms (referring to Acord forms mainly, you would think your company would have a direct link to Acord forms draw from)

I had an issue merging documents using my pdf-filler account. I submitted a help ticket and the representatives were prompt in addressing my concerns and quickly began troubleshooting the issue with me. The issue was resolved and I am truly thankful for the service I received & will continue to be a paying customer with pdf-filler for years to come!

I signed up for their services during a free trial, but ended up not needing them. When I realized I had been charged for their services, I immediately emailed them and they processed the refund right then. I offered to pay for the few days that I actually had since it was really my fault, but they refunded the full amount.

Great customer service. My Employer needed a form off their website, and he had signed up for the subscription, the following month his credit card **** was almost a thousand dollars- so, myself, the office manager, I knew my boss only needed the one form he went on the website for, I went on the site,started talking to a live help agent, (very nice and helpful) I explained the situation, was asked basic information, and was told within 5 to 7 days the refund would be back to my boss's institution. Without any issues, or problems. This company is very helpful and has GREAT Customer Service! 5 stars plus! thank you!

What makes an invoice valid?

How do I check if an invoice is valid?
Make Sure the Invoice is Unpaid Make note of the invoice date and number and check your accounts payable or other financial records to confirm that the invoice has not yet been paid. Check individual entries on the invoice to determine if any of the charges have been paid already.
How do I verify an invoice?
Verification methods The preferred method for verifying invoices is by email. Simply, your account manager sends an email to the accounts payable representative at your customer and gets the needed information. Since email doesn't always provide quick results, invoices can also be verified by phone.
