Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I like that I can read-only PDFs straight from Gmail - previewing with PDFfiller is way easier than having to download through Adobe.
I feel like there is nowhere to go if you need assistance or a homepage to see all of the PDFs that you have viewed.
