great except when i want to email something sometimes the other party can't view it as a pdf. i dont get why. I want an option to save my new document in my own hard drive but can't figure out how to other than emailing it to myself. add that option or help me find it.

There doesnt seem to be alot of "man in the street" logic to how you explain things. It seems to be written by Code cutters or IT people. Lots of simple things like , I look up how to save a document. You say : Save your document by clicking the 'Save as PDF' button in either the "MyForms" . There is NO such button only a "save as" button. Also Where is the "My Forms" page? is it named as such or .... ????Bascally though, its a great piece of software. You just have to get a REAL human being to rewrite instructions.

How are Section 8 vouchers calculated?
Your PHA will calculate the maximum voucher amount. The maximum amount is usually the 30% of a family's monthly adjusted income minus the payment standard OR 30% of monthly adjusted income minus the rent payment, whichever is less. Families can select a home with a rent below or above the calculated payment standard.
How is Section 8 calculated?
Tenant Portion 30 percent of their monthly adjusted income. 10 percent of their monthly gross income. The welfare rent, or. The minimum rent amount set by the PHA.
What happens at a Section 8 briefing?
At the briefing, a staff person will give (issue) you a voucher. The voucher will be good for at least 60 days from when you first get it. This means that you will have at least 60 days to find a place to live that meets the requirements of the Section 8 program.
What is the most Section 8 will pay?
Under the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program, most tenants will pay 30% of their monthly income. The Public Housing Authority that issued and approved the voucher will pay the landlord the remainder of the rent and utility costs.
What is the maximum rent Section 8 will pay?
The local Housing Authority will determine their payment standard or the maximum amount they are willing to pay for each number of bedrooms. This payment standard will be between 90 and 110 percent of the Fair Market Rent.
Can Section 8 tenant pay more than voucher?
While federal law prohibits you from charging more rent to Section 8 tenants than you would unsubsidized renters, you can charge more than HUD's fair market statistics. Bear in mind, however, that HUD does not allow Section 8 families to spend more than 40 percent of their household incomes on rent and utilities.
Does Section 8 pay utilities?
Section 8 will not pay utilities in this situation. But they will usually lower your portion of the rent payment. If utilities are not included in your lease, in some states food stamps will grant a standard utility allowance. Most housing authorities will also grant a utility allowance.
How can I lose my Section 8 voucher?
Eviction for threatening or harassing other tenants will cause loss of Section 8 Voucher. Eviction for having unauthorized people living with you who are not on the lease will mean loss of your Section 8 Voucher. Being evicted for poor housekeeping will cause loss of Section 8 Voucher.
