I reviewed this software for my company…
I reviewed this software for my company (we historically use another product) for function and usability. It is significantly more user friendly than the others that do similar functions. What makes this a good decision is the cost and the support. It costs a third of the software we currently use and when I experienced a problem (on the weekend) I had (professional and personal) support online in less than a minute. Very satisfied.

Can your employer post date your paycheck?
In many states, including California and Hawaii, your employer cannot post date your payroll check. If your employer writes payroll checks on an out-of-state account, your bank may hold your check for up to seven business days.

Can paychecks be mailed?
The state may require you to obtain written authorization from employees in order to mail their paychecks. What can I do if I'm not getting paid on time?
Contact your employer (preferably in writing) and ask for the wages owed to you. If your employer refuses to do so, consider filing a claim with your state's labor agency.

The employer can deduct your next paycheck to correct the error. However, your employer can make adjustments only if errors are detected within 90 days of the error first occurring. Furthermore, your employer must notify you in writing before correcting the error.
