Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. I was surprised to get an email from PDF filler offering me an upgrade to my subscription so that I could get all the features that I want free for a year. It certainly resolved my issue and I was glad to upgrade my previous rating of PDF filler to 5 stars! Great customer service!

The first time I downloaded the software, I mistakenly selected the one for use with Microsoft and all features did not work on my Chromebook. After going back I found the correct program for use with Chrome. The only problem I still have is creating my signature which I have described below under features to add.

What do you like best?
This app has been immensely useful. There have been times when I am not at my desk and needed to fill out some forms and this app allowed to me to do so right on my phone. This is life saving productivity.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I disliked was the many screen you need to go through to finally start using it. Other than that, the app is great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great app. It just takes a few minutes of patience to get through the screens.

As a Realtor, my whole business is based on electronic documentation. PDF filler is kind of named poorly, because it really is a PDF editor. It allows you to easily change almost anything on a pdf document...across both desktop and mobile platforms. It simply works as you'd expect it to...every time. I use it practically every day.
What do you dislike?
I wish there were better tools for generating lines (how about a toggle into and out of orthagonal for a line?) It should allow deeper zooming with a thumbnail view showing where you are in the overall document. I like my pdfs to look perfect and sometimes these limit me in that goal.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. What happens when a deed is recorded?
An owner legally transfers his property to another person on an instrument known as a deed. At the time of transfer, the owner usually records the deed by filing it in the land records of the property's county, but it is not required for it to legally transfer title to the new owner.
What does it mean when a deed is recorded?
Recording is the act of putting a real estate document into the official records at the County Recorders or Recorder of Deeds Office. Usually, the types of documents that are recorded affect title to real property such as a deed, mortgage, easement, judgment, lien, foreclosure, or request for notice of default.
Why are deeds recorded?
Real estate deeds serve many purposes. They identify the owner of a parcel of real property. They also include information that defines the boundaries and location of a unique piece of land. Deeds, when properly recorded, help to preserve the chain of title (ownership history).
What does it mean when a deed is not recorded?
An unrecorded deed refers to the situation where the title to a property, usually real estate, is not registered with the appropriate public records department. Unrecorded deeds can present many issues for sellers, or granters, and buyers, or grantees, such as proof of ownership and tax implications.
Is a deed valid if it is not recorded?
THE PURPOSE OF RECORDING LAWS. In a few states, an unrecorded deed is invalid unless it is recorded. But in most states, an unrecorded deed is valid only between the granter and the grantee. When a deed is unrecorded, it does not give constructive notice to the world of its contents.
Does a deed have to be recorded?
Title deeds do not have to be recorded. Recording is filing them in the county recorder's office and if recorded, the title deed acts as defect notice to all third parties as to ownership in the property.

In the United States, the (recorder) of deeds is often an elected county office and is called the county recorder. How long does it take for a deed to be recorded?
When done properly, a deed is recorded anywhere from two weeks to three months after closing. However, there are many instances where deeds are not properly recorded.
