The interface has improved, but it is not perfect. I chose PDFiller because of its simplicity. I love that I can use it anywhere without having to install it in every computer I use. I wish it included a crop feature or the ability to modify the page size. I also wish we could delete previous files with the same name so that there is no confusion. There are several other little things, but these are the top major issues I've had.

This is a very handy program to have access to when you need employee signatures, but they work in different locations throughout the country. It eliminates the need for faxes or snail mail.

Some of the features are limited to premium service only. I'd like to see more of these included in the standard package.

Exceptional Support ...
Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. Searching for specific wording in a .PDF file
My request for assistance with an issue I didn't know how to fix was answered very quickly and I was back to work. Unlike most support with other software companies where you wait 3 days for a response requesting additional information then another 3 days for a response and usually goes on and on. pdfFiller was right there and stayed with me until the problem was solved. Anyone dealing with .PDF files and not using pdfFiller is losing out.

I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. Customer service is also great - prompt and friendly in attending to any questions or issues. Makes running my business that much easier.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

Slight misunderstanding promptly resolved
There was initially a slight misunderstanding, however, I was lucky enough to get Dee again when I reopened the chat. She had thought that I just wanted my subscriptions automatic payments cancelled. Really I wanted the payment stopped and the subscription cancelled. Thankfully she worked up until the last minutes of her shift to help me. She was excellent help!

Easy to edit, fast and clear, good volume of storage
What do you dislike?
Price could be cheaper. Functions are not through out. Sometimes the convert docs from pdf to word are not correct

Can you tape over shipping label?
Use clear shipping tape to securely affix labels on all four sides and to cover address areas. Do not tape over the “Postal Use” area on the Express Mail label, the barcodes, or the stamps. You may use self-adhesive labels, which you can purchase online at The Postal Store (www.usps.com/shop).

Do I need a shipping label for UPS?
A UPS account number is not required for creating online labels because UPS Internet Shipping can be billed to a payment card such as a debit or a credit card (where applicable). After logging in, you can start creating a shipping label for the package.
Do you have to use clear tape for shipping?
Duct tape isn't allowed, but most clerks don't care enough to stop you. The best thing is the clear tape, also called packing tape.
Can you tape over a FedEx label?
It's fine to use packing tape over UPS and FedEx bar codes because they have scanners that were produced in the last 20 years unlike most US postal workers whose scanners are ancient relics from a time gone by. Do not put packing tape over USPS bar codes.
