You need some front end GUI. "What do you want to do?" "Create a brand new form from scratch?" "Make a PDF form fillable for your business?" etc.... I got the service and deleted my subscription only to play with it a little more and see the tiny, green side button that allows one to make the form fillable and then I realized this was a service I wanted. You are not demonstrating or advertising the best feature from the get-go.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

How do I get notifications on the top of my screen?
Open your device's Settings app.
Tap Apps & notifications Notifications Notifications on lock screen.
Choose Show alerting notifications only or Don't show notifications.
How do I get notifications to show up on my lock screen?
Open your phone's Settings app. Tap Apps & notifications. Under “Lock screen,” tap Notifications on lock screen or On lock screen. Choose Show alerting and silent notifications.
What are lock screen notifications?
Your Android phone may allow for notifications to be displayed on the Lock screen, similar to how notifications are listed on the notifications' drawer. You can set which notifications appear and how they're displayed, which helps add to the phone's security.
Why doesn't my screen light up when I get a notification?
For Android: To keep your phone's lock screen from lighting up when notifications come in, tap Settings > Display, then toggle off the Ambient Display setting. Or, here's another option: Tap Settings > Sound > Do not disturb > Block visual disturbances, then enable the Block when screen is off setting.

Switch to the Widgets tab, tap and hold the 1×1 Settings Shortcut and place it on your home screen. Now select Notifications from the available choices. Tap the settings icon that you have placed on the home screen, and it will display the notification history in reverse chronological order.
