I only had this program because I forgot to cancel after the initial trial period. However, I have used it many times and find that it is easy to use and does what i need it to do. The only issue i have had is when I need to work with documents more than 150 pages and PD filler cannot accommodate that. otherwise, I think it is great!

Great customer service Great customer service, such a hard thing to come across. Easy access to your cloud uploaded documents from any device. The only thing limiting the 5 star is the relatively clunky interface. Still would use again for secure pdf development.

The interface is reasonably intuitive… The interface is reasonably intuitive and everything works right, as far as I can tell. One note: To move a field, select and hold the symbol for move in the box just above the field, not the box itself. In other words, the symbol is the handle.

PDFfiller has exceeded my expectations. I regularly have a need to complete and to apply signatures to PDF documents. PDFfiller is a real time-saver in that it eliminates the need to print a hard copy and then manually complete, sign, and scan the PDF documents. Also, the PDFs that it creates end up looking much tidier and more professional. As a bonus, the software saves and maintains a duplicate record of all my PDF papers. I originally subscribed to PDF Filler, under urgent circumstances, simply to be able to apply a verified electronic signature to a single document. But I've been awed by how versatile and useful it is. I now use it almost weekly. As a business owner, PDFfiller has been a great value. I'd recommend it to anyone who has an occasional or even a regular need to edit and to apply signatures to PDF documents. There's really nothing about PDFfiller that I don't like. This is highly unusual for me as I'm not the most tech-savvy person and I frequently end up frustrated with software.

Everything good so far This company provides several very useful products/services, including being able to create a fillable document, convert from one format to another, and the legal forms. The subscription also seems reasonable. I'm still learning how to use the application but everything looks good so far.

Even though I didn’t use their website Even though I didn’t use their website, I am very satisfied with the customer service. I have subscribed and forgot about it and it took the money from my account. I contacted customer support and my issue was solved in less than a minute! If anyone has the same problem, don’t worry, just contact them and they’ll help! :)

I would love to attend a webinar eventually, but time right now does not allow it. I have been extremely pleased with pdfFiller and recommend it to everyone I know who has to fill out a lot of forms. Maybe slower than hand writing , but legible which is extremely important. My biggest issue is somehow I have two accounts with other documents saved and do not know how to merge them. That was my problem not realizing i had an account already. Thank yall so much!!!

An exception is a specific item set forth that is not covered by the policy — something that is excluded from coverage. STANDARD EXCEPTIONS. Every commitment has standard or regional exceptions. The standard Owner's Policy will not cover any defects in title, losses or claims, which fall within the standard exceptions.
Some common exceptions, for example liens or encumbrances that originate in the gap between the issue of the title insurance commitment and the date of transfer of the property, or unpaid taxes for the current year, are often eliminated per standard procedure before the closing date.

Exclusions are defined as matters unrelated to matters of title. Exclusions are called out in a title insurance policy as a matter of clarification. Exclusions are not strictly speaking matters of title, but matters related to use of the parcel, use being a different matter than title to the property.
These exceptions may include: boundary line disputes. Easements or claims of easements not shown in the public records. Taxes or special assessments left off the public record. Claims of people who turn out to be living in the house (such as a prior owner's tenants) if their being there isn't a matter of public record.
These exceptions will generally consist of unpaid taxes, easements, restrictive covenants, and other matters recorded against the property being insured. A lender or owner can enhance their coverage by obtaining endorsements or amendments to the standard title insurance policy form.
Permitted Exceptions means (i) all minor defects, exceptions, restrictions, easements, rights of way and encumbrances that do not materially interfere with the use of a property or asset. (ii) statutory liens for current Taxes, assessments or other governmental charges not yet due and payable or the amount or validity
In property law, the phrase exception in deed refers to a statement in a deed of real estate which reserves certain rights to the transferor (for example, easements, mineral rights, or a life estate).
