Initially was not happy for being charged £150 after my free trial ended (without knowing) though they processed my refund very quickly.

Our previous subscription was deactivated because no one seem to know the login or password for the account. It was assumed a temp employee had subscribed who is no longer employed. Difficulty accessing and filling online forms prompted us to re-subscribe. This morning's experience has been great and we plan to continue using this application.

super fast and responsive support team you guys are fast, curteous supportive and knowledgeable about your positions. my experience with your support team has been exceptional..they all were kind and courteous and fast with getting me back on. Thank You! in days that were are experienceing it is good to know that there are a few companies that still utilise our citisens exceptional skills in their business in the United States, that know english well, can do thier jobs over the phone and are "present" so to speak, and use English well. I was disappointed to find that PDF filler had automatically charged me for a subscription I did not agree to. I felt very stressed when I saw the sum of money that had left my account this morning. I contacted the helpline via the chat service they offer on their website and I spoke to daniel. He was extremely efficient in his help and immediately refunded my payment and canceled my subscription. I would like to leave a 5 star review for the customer service I received despite my initial disappointment in PDF filler.

What do you like best?
I usually dont like to take time to review but this one is warranted and a long time coming. What I like best is how many hours it has saved us. We subscribe to several tools and PDFFiller is one of them that we use on a daily basis at the office. I cannot tell you how much time this has saved us especially while submitting proposals. We also love the fact that it has an inbuilt ability to send out e-signature similar to docusign so we do not have to subscribe to a separate service for that. If there is one tool that has given us a 100x return on our investment that is PDFFiller. I am also thankful to the PDFFiller team as they keep on innovating and adding new features.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. Like I said above, this tool as delivered massive value to our company.

Editing PDF docs, adding, merging, e-sign docs etc etc.
Avoids us having to scan docs
I mean it has a bunch of features that once you start using it you will be like WOW!
This is one of the MUST HAVE productivity tools in your arsenal.

PdfFiller is one of the better pdf apps that I've used in some time. I was especially impressed with how it handles pictures/logos that one might use in a document.
