Love this program! It allows you to download any document and make it your own. No more handwriting which leaves room for errors. The only part that confuses me is the saving of a document to be used over and over... haven't quite figured that out yet.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. This web site is quick and easy to use and their support is amazing. I have used the live chat when I was in the middle of a project and gotten an answer in minutes. It takes a lot of the stress out of the process.I saw a review on another site warning people not to supply a credit card. The fact that this person found their template on a site that did not warn them it was a paid service is not the fault of PFDfiller. When you got to their web site, they immediately let you know that you can sign up and get a free trial period, then ask for your payment information, which is SOP for online services as far as I know and gives you the option not to use the service if you don't want to do so.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Now...I have to go unplug my mom's computer. :-)
