I had a little trouble finding the right form for the Post Office EDDM program. First, I got an outdated form which was corrected at the post office. When I complained to customer support, they were very helpful and I was able to access the up-to-date form.

I like that I can erase parts and add text of size and font that I like and move it around so it's where I want it. When I erase part it doesn't cause the rest of the document to move around. It stays put. That is essential when I am editing a document with a puzzle at the bottom.

Changing things (like dates) on insurance forms helps us a great deal when the insurance information stays the same and only the date needs changed. (Accord forms). We don't have to completely retype an insurance renewal form. So Handy

I have helped a colleague in inputting his information on flyers that had someone else's and the eraser showed lines in the final product. I had to figure out what was going on and I figured out I could increase the eraser to remove items rather than going over it several times (like wite-out tape).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to make changes to documents that you do not want to retype over and over again, then this product is a handy tool. Also, for doing 'already-made-up-flyers' to use for yourself by adding your own information is great. I used to have to remake everything with Corel Draw. This is waaaaaaay easier!!

I like that I can create a fillable PDF and merge documents together. This program has a lot of good features that other companies don't offer.

I am using this program for school…
I am using this program for school applications and I love the ease of downloading and making all my tests and worksheets fillable the only issue so far is that when students fill out worksheets and send to me they all come ananomously so if a student forgets name on paper I have no way to track it, it is definately the students problem but it is just a bit of a hassle.

Great PDF Filler!
We needed and easy way to for patients to sign there name for Covid testing. Before we came across this they were signing with pen and paper and now they sign digitally on and case protected iPad that can be wiped down and sterilized. The iOS pdffiller app then digitally sends the completed PDF to a nurse. The whole process is seamless.
PDFfiller is very easy to use. Some features that we love are:
-Being able to convert a file into a PDF
-Converting a PDF into a Fillable PDF
-Creating PDF online.
There is also a mobile application for Android and iOS that works great.
Initially it was tough finding out where things were and where the files ended up when saved or converted over to be fillable. I think the menu could be simplified and reorganized.

Can mail merge be done in PDF?
Create individual PDF files from a Word mail merge Open Word, then click the File tab. 2. Click Open to browse to your merge document. — This is the body of your PDF, such as a letter or certificate.
How do I convert a mail merge to PDF?
From the Mailings' menu select 'Finish & Merge'.
Select 'Edit Individual Documents' from the pop down list.
Check 'All' in the Merge to New Document pop up.
A new Word window will open previewing every single document the merge will generate.
Go to the File menu.
Click 'Save As' and select your destination.
