I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. Uploading documents is extremely slow, and you cannot upload multiple files at the same time.

Works for everything
Overall I am a fan of the software. I know not everything is supposed to work 100% of the time and things will happen so that doesn't deter me from using the software or recommending it someone else.
I liked the ability to install and go, this software worked for getting documents in, filling them out, and getting them back out. I like the options and the ability to even save some data.
Sometimes it has crashed or felt a little clunky. I am unsure if it is saving the data but during the saving process it has crashed on me and that is something i wasn't as much a fan of.

I think it is good however I already…
I think it is good however I already see methods to improve it. I desire to fax a smart folder of documents I already created. This would be a facilitate faster communication of information as opposed to finding out how to merge the documents and then fax the complete file. All in all, I like the platform. If you may obtain DocuSign options, it would be nice long term perhaps. Many corporations and companies like to use DocuSign.

I used this one time for squares for a fundraiser and was looking forward to continuing using this service needed for a side job; however, this side job fell through. I thought I had cancelled on March 2, but must have not submitted something. I was charged today. If I could be refunded I would really appreciate it.

Open the PDF that contains the text you want to black out. Go to the Tools menu and select the Redact tool to open the Secondary Tool Bar immediately above the PDF. It includes the Redaction Tools. Choose Mark for Redaction and select OK when prompted by the pop-up window.
