Ease of use. From downloading to modifying. Short learning curve. Provided easy solution to modifying old forms by scanning/uploading and easy modification.
From what little I used it to create new forms, more flexibility would have been nice for import and modifying images. But since I rarely used this program for creation I may not have explored the features properly.

If there is a way to add your logo I could not find it... then again I didn't look either so...this might not be accurate.
So easy to use. extremely user-friendly. The benefits are that you get to create any type of form you need and customize it to fit your needs. You cannot ask for anything better than that.

How do I remove a mark entry from a Word document?
Make sure you have Word set to display text that is formatted as hidden.
Use Find and Replace (Ctrl+F) to locate the index entry you want to delete.
Select the entire field, including the field braces, and press Del. The index entry is deleted.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each entry you want to delete.

How do I hide hidden characters in Word?
Keyboard, hit Control+Shift+8.
Mouse, simply click the Show/Hide button on the Home tab.
How do I delete a character in Word?
Open the document.
Move the mouse cursor to the last character you want to delete.
Click the left mouse button to place the cursor after the last character.
Press the Backspace key one or more times to delete the characters in front of the cursor.

Click View.
Look for 'Formatting Marks', and uncheck the option 'All'
